This mantra is in pure Sanskrit and it literally translates to “Om, Hey Tryambak (Lord Shiva), the nurturer of all living beings, we pray to you. Like a gardener helps a cucumber or melon to be freed from the creeper (bondage), we pray to you to free us from the bondage of bad health karma”.
